Google Sheets

Ask for a spreadsheet and your assistant puts the table into a new Google Sheets file in your own Drive. AdCopilot can open only the spreadsheets it makes, never overwrites a tab and never writes a formula.

"Send me this as a spreadsheet." One tool writes a table into Google Sheets, in your own Google Drive. You connect Google Sheets the first time you ask: your assistant answers with the link, and Google's screen asks for one thing, access to only the files AdCopilot creates. It cannot see or open any other file in your Drive.

Write. Makes a new spreadsheet in your Drive, or adds new tabs to one AdCopilot made for you, and returns its link.

  • A table your assistant already has: a list of search terms, a waste report, a budget plan. Up to 20 tabs and 5,000 rows in one export.
  • A Google Ads report, run straight into the sheet: your assistant names the account and the report, and AdCopilot reads up to 50,000 rows into the spreadsheet without passing them through the chat (fewer for a report with 20 columns or more: one export is at most a million cells). Money is in the account's currency. If the report has more rows than fit, your assistant is told how many were written.
  • To add to a spreadsheet it made before, your assistant passes that spreadsheet's id: the new tables become new tabs. A tab that is there is never changed, and a name that is taken gets " (2)".
  • The first row is bold and frozen. Numbers, money, percentages and dates are formatted from the columns' types.
  • Every cell is written as a value, never as a formula. Search terms and ad text are written by other people, so a cell that starts with =, +, - or @ stays text and never runs in your sheet.
  • AdCopilot keeps no copy of the spreadsheet and no record of which one it made. The call counts one operation, like any other.

To stop it, disconnect Google Sheets on the dashboard's Google products page. The spreadsheets stay yours, in your Drive.

If Google Sheets is not available yet, your assistant says so and nothing is created: that is ours to fix, not yours.
