Two numbers. Everything else is included.
A plan sets how many Google Ads accounts you keep switched on at once, and how much work a day.
- 7-day Pro trial for a new workspace
- Then Free, no card
- Billed monthly or yearly, in US dollars
7 days on Pro for a new workspace. Then Free. No card at any point.
What the trial isPlans
Four rungs. Two numbers each.
These figures are the only place a price is written on this site. Everything else is the same at every rung.
Which rung fits me
A call is one tool call your assistant makes through the connector — a read or a write.
Answer both and the rung that covers them lifts.

Start on ProEvery connected product, in every tier.
7-day Pro trial for a new workspace, then Free. No card.
Prices in US dollars; applicable taxes are shown before you pay.
Before you click
No card to start.
Not when you start, and not when the trial ends. There is nothing to cancel, because there was never anything set up to charge.
Then Free, not off.
When the trial ends the workspace moves to Free and goes on running inside those limits, with the same products connected.
Every connected product, in every tier.
Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console and Tag Manager. Buying up is never how you reach a product.
You never hand over a password.
You connect your own Google account, and you can withdraw that access from your Google account at any time. Read the fences
The rate card
What the two numbers actually count
An account is a Google Ads account switched on at once; a call is one tool call your assistant makes.
- An account is one that is switched on
- Google Ads accounts connected at the same time. A tier sets how many may be on together, not how many you may own — switch one off and another takes its place.
- A call is one tool call
- A call is one tool call your assistant makes through the connector — a read or a write. A refused call is written down in the ledger like any other.
- The count is per day
- Per day rather than per month, and it resets every day. Nothing carries over and nothing is bought back.
- You never buy up to reach a product
- Connect what you have: the tool list your assistant receives covers every connected product in every tier, and a tier never decides which of the four it can see.
- Uncapped means fair use
- The top tier's daily line reads "Uncapped calls, fair use" rather than a figure, because there is no published number behind it and we would rather not print one.
- Your own developer token, on a paid plan
- On a paid plan, a workspace that calls Google with its own Google Ads developer token is uncapped on the daily call count; the accounts limit is still the plan's, and Free keeps its daily count. It is not a setting in the app: write to [email protected] and we set it up with you.
- Billed monthly or yearly
- Every rung is sold monthly or yearly; the switch above the rungs shows the figures either way. A yearly plan is the same plan, charged 12 months at once. The accounts, the daily calls and the products are the same at both.
- How the card is charged
- Cards issued outside India go through your bank's 3-D Secure or OTP check, and a card that cannot be challenged is declined. For larger plans we can invoice by bank transfer.

What actually changes between them
Two rows change with the rung you pick. Every row under them is the same whatever you pay.

| What it includes | Free$0 a month | Starter$19 a month | Plus$79 a month | Pro$249 a month |

| Google Ads accounts switched on at once | 1 | 3 | 10 | 50 |
| Tool calls a day | 10 | 500 | 2,000 | Uncapped calls, fair use |
| Teams | Owner, member and viewer. Members sign in with their own Google account. How many people a workspace holds is set by the plan, and it is not one of the two numbers priced above. For agencies | |||
| Your own developer token | On a paid rung, a workspace calling Google with its own Google Ads developer token is uncapped on the daily call count — the accounts limit is still the rung's, and Free keeps its daily count. We set it up with you. | |||
| Everything below is the same in every plan | ||||
| A bar under a value means that value does not change with the plan. | ||||
| Google Ads | 54 tools, usable once Google Ads is connected | |||
| Google Analytics | 23 tools, usable once Google Analytics is connected | |||
| Search Console | 6 tools, usable once Search Console is connected | |||
| Tag Manager | 18 tools, usable once Tag Manager is connected | |||
| AdCopilot's own control tools | 2 tools, whichever products are connected, as of v2.16.0 | |||
| All four, together | 103 tools on the full tier, whichever products are connected, as of v2.16.0 | |||
| Reads and writes | 41 of those 103 only read, whichever products are connected, as of v2.16.0; the rest write, and write only through the fences below. | |||
| Start Here | The first turn reads all four products, says where you stand, and gives one next step. | |||
| Approval before anything changes | Nothing changes until you allow it in your AI client — approval is your client's own tool-permission prompt. | |||
| The money fence | On a new workspace it asks for your daily budget before it builds, and it leaves the campaign switched off. | |||
| The tool-call ledger | Every tool call lands in a ledger with its refusal reason, so you can see what ran. | |||
| Memory | Your business profile, budget comfort and decisions carry into the next conversation, editable and deletable. | |||
| Routines | A recipe you paste into your AI client's own scheduler. It runs there, under your sign-in, to read and report. | |||
| Playbooks | Four built-in prompts: get started, growth audit, weekly report, morning audit. | |||
| Support | The same inbox at every rung: [email protected] | |||
| 7 days on Pro, then Free. No card at any point. | ||||
| Prices in US dollars; applicable taxes are shown before you pay. | ||||
If you tell your client to always allow a tool, it will run that tool without asking again — which is why the limits that hold either way are server-side: it cannot delete, it cannot publish a container, it will not switch on the campaign it built, and it asks for your budget before it builds.
It is off for workspaces marked "pro", it does not retro-fit onto long-standing workspaces that never used Start Here, and if the check cannot run the call is allowed and logged. That mark is what a workspace told Start Here about its own experience — a profile setting, not the plan of the same name.
Bigger accounts
More than the ladder holds
Agencies, and anyone running more accounts than the top rung holds. No custom price list — a conversation, and a real reply.
- More than 50 Google Ads accounts
- Your own Google Ads developer token on a paid rung, uncapped on the daily call count
- We can invoice by bank transfer for larger plans
- Several client workspaces: owner, member, viewer
Questions
The questions buyers ask first
What a call is, what happens at the cap and after the trial, whether it can spend anything, and who can join.
The workspace moves to Free and keeps running inside those limits — it is not a lockout. No card was taken when you signed up and none is taken then, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to dispute.
A plan. 1 Google Ads account switched on at once, 10 calls a day, and every product you connect — the same four products, the same ledger and the same server-side limits as the rung above it. Nothing about it expires.
One tool call your assistant makes through the connector, whether it reads or writes. It counts calls, not messages — one question can be several. The count is per day rather than per month and it starts again at midnight, India Standard Time.
No — and two different things stop it. Nothing changes until you allow it in your AI client — approval is your client's own tool-permission prompt. If you tell your client to always allow a tool, it will run that tool without asking again — which is why the limits that hold either way are server-side: it cannot delete, it cannot publish a container, it will not switch on the campaign it built, and it asks for your budget before it builds.
The count is per day: it starts again at midnight, India Standard Time, and nothing carries over or is bought back. If your days keep running out, the next rung is the answer. On a paid rung, your own Google Ads developer token also lifts the daily count (not the accounts limit); write to us and we set it up.
No. Every connected product, in every tier. What a tier sets is how many Google Ads accounts may be switched on at once and how many tool calls a day you get — never which of the four products your assistant is allowed to see.
The ladder stops at 50 Google Ads accounts switched on at once. Above that, or across several client workspaces, it is a conversation rather than a rung: tell us what you run and a person answers. For larger plans we can invoice by bank transfer.
Monthly or yearly, in US dollars, at the figure on the rung you are on. A yearly plan is the same plan, charged 12 months at once. Cards issued outside India go through your bank's 3-D Secure or OTP check, and a card that cannot be challenged is declined. For larger plans we can invoice by bank transfer.
