Terms of Service
Short, because the arrangement is simple: we run a connector, you keep control of your Google account, and either of us can stop at any time.
1. Who you are contracting with
These terms are between you and Atromx Intelligence Private Limited (CIN U62099AP2026PTC126398), India, trading as Atromx Intelligence, registered office R.S. No. 21-10, D.No. 36-3-48, near Sampath Vinayaka Temple, Tanuku, West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh 534211, India(“we”, “us”). By connecting a Google Ads account to AdCopilot you accept them.
2. What we provide
A hosted Google Ads MCP connector. You sign in with your own Google account, we issue you a private connector address, and the AI client of your choice can then read the Google Ads accounts your Google login can reach — and, if you enable the full tier, change them.
We do not provide the AI. The reasoning happens in your own assistant on your own subscription, under that vendor's terms, and we are not a party to it.
3. What is yours to control
- Your connector address is a credential. Anyone holding it holds your access. Keep it in your AI client's settings, not in a shared document or a committed file. Tell us and we will replace it.
- Your instructions are your decisions. On the full tier, an instruction that is given is an instruction that executes. We recommend starting on one low-stakes account before pointing it at the rest — but the choice, and the changes made to your campaigns, are yours. Ask us for read-only if you would rather begin without write access.
- Your Google access. You grant it and you can withdraw it at any time from your own Google account, without our involvement.
- Authority. If you connect an account you manage for somebody else, you confirm you are permitted to do so.
4. What the connector will not do
It cannot delete. The four destructive tools are never exposed to a hosted connector, and a status of REMOVED is refused on every tool, because in the Google Ads API that is the delete. This is a property of the software, not a setting you can be talked into changing. The security page sets out the rest.
5. The pilot, and paying
The pilot is free, lasts one week, covers one account and needs no card. It carries the full set of tools so you can see what the product actually does — it still cannot delete anything, and it is subject to a request limit. After it, continued use is a paid subscription; we will quote you before the pilot ends. An expired or unpaid connector stops answering — it is refused before any call reaches Google — and your Google grant remains yours to withdraw.
6. Fair use
Do not use AdCopilot to:
- reach Google Ads accounts you are not authorised to manage;
- breach the Google Ads terms or API policies — your use of the Google Ads API remains subject to Google's own terms;
- put load on the service that degrades it for others. Connectors are rate limited, and we may throttle or suspend one that does not settle.
7. What we do not promise
We are a small independent team. We will not pretend to guarantees we have not earned:
- No uptime guarantee. There is no SLA. We aim to keep it running and will tell you when it is not.
- No warranty on outcomes. An AI assistant can be wrong, and advertising results depend on far more than this tool. Nothing here is advice about how to spend your budget.
- No certification. No SOC 2, no ISO 27001.
- Third parties change. Google, Anthropic and OpenAI can change their APIs, plans and policies, and some of what works today depends on them.
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost advertising spend or revenue. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Ending it
You can stop at any time: withdraw the Google access, remove the connector from your AI client, or ask us to switch the address off. We can suspend or end a connector for non-payment, for a breach of clause 6, or if we discontinue the service — and we will give you reasonable notice unless the reason is a security one.
9. Changes to these terms
If we change them materially we will update the date above and email connected accounts. Continuing to use the connector after that is acceptance.
10. Law, and how to reach us
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and its courts have jurisdiction.
