Memory
The next conversation starts where you left it
What you say about the business, the budget and the decisions you made is saved, and read back the next time.
- Live
- Yours to edit
- Yours to clear
What is kept
Notes about the business, not a copy
It keeps what you tell it, plus its own notes on what it built and found, and reads figures live each time.
- It keeps what you told it
- The business details and the budget you are comfortable with, in your own words, saved against your workspace.
- It is not a copy of your account
- Campaign and performance figures are read live from the account each time you ask. It can name the first campaign it built and note what a session found.
- It travels with the workspace, not the client
- Open a different AI client on the same workspace and the same notes are read back, because they never lived in the client.
- You can correct it, and you can clear it
- Ask what is remembered and it tells you. Correct anything wrong and the correction is what the next conversation reads.
Questions
What is remembered, and what is not
The four questions people ask before they let anything remember them at all.
The business details you type, the budget you are comfortable with and the decisions you made, saved against your workspace, with the first campaign it built and a note on the last session. Campaign and performance figures are read live from the account each time you ask; the notes are not a copy of them.
Yes, in the same conversation. Ask what is remembered and it tells you; correct anything that is wrong and the correction is what the next conversation reads. It also writes a few notes itself, such as the first campaign it built and when you switched it on.
Yes, in full. Ask for it to be cleared and nothing carries into the next conversation. Clearing the notes does not disconnect the account, and disconnecting the account does not need you to clear them first.
No. It is saved against your workspace and read back for the people signed in to it. The conversation itself is a different matter: that lives with your AI client, under that vendor's policy and your own plan settings.
Limits
What memory is not
It is a set of notes for the next conversation; the account itself is read live each time.
Queries run live against your account; audit reads are cached for up to an hour and a saved audit's findings for 180 days; we log each tool call; and your workspace's business profile is kept until its owner deletes it.
- It is not a permission
- Remembering that you allowed something once does not let it do that again without your client asking you.
- It is not shared between workspaces
- Two workspaces are two sets of notes. Nothing crosses from one to the other.
- It is not your conversation
- What you typed and what your assistant replied live with your AI client, under that vendor's policy, and we cannot speak for it.
Ask
Is there something it should never keep?
Tell us what your policy will not allow to be written down and we will answer plainly.
