A call that never reached Google is written down as carefully as one that did, with its reason.

- Each capability the connector can offer writes a line when it runs, whichever product it belongs to.103 on the full tier, whichever products are connected, as of v2.16.0
- A refusal names its reason
- An account outside the allow-list, a change carrying the status REMOVED, a tier that does not include the capability: the reason is recorded, not just the failure.
- It is written on our server
- The ledger is ours to keep rather than something your assistant has to remember, so it is the same whichever client made the call.
- It is what makes a fence checkable
- A limit you cannot verify is a promise. Read the ledger and you can watch the refusals actually happen.

Limits
What the ledger is not
It records the calls. It does not record the conversation they came out of.
Queries run live against your account; audit reads are cached for up to an hour and a saved audit's findings for 180 days; we log each tool call; and your workspace's business profile is kept until its owner deletes it.
- It is not a control
- The ledger shows what happened. What is prevented is prevented before the call is made, by capabilities that are simply absent.
- It is not your conversation
- What you typed and what your assistant said live with your AI client, under that vendor's policy, and never reach this record.
