The short answer
The workspace owner cancels a paid plan from the Billing page at any time. The plan keeps running to the end of the billing period already paid for and you are not charged again; the workspace then turns read-only, and is suspended 30 days after that. There are no refunds for a partly used period. A duplicate or erroneous charge, or a charge taken after a cancellation took effect, is refunded in full on request to [email protected].
Cancelling a paid plan
The workspace owner cancels from the Billing page of the dashboard: press Cancel subscription, then confirm. There is nothing to write to us and nothing to wait for, and before you confirm the page says when your plan ends.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — the month or year you have already paid for — and nothing stops before then.
- You are not charged again. Cancelling also tells our payment provider to stop the auto-pay mandate at the end of that period.
- A cancellation cannot be undone from the page. To carry on after it, start a new subscription from the same Billing page once the paid period has passed.
What happens after
- The day after the paid period ends, the workspace turns read-only. Your connectors keep answering questions but stop making changes.
- If 30 days pass without a new subscription, the workspace is suspended and its connectors pause.
- Your data and setup are kept either way. Deleting them is a separate request: the privacy policy says how, and what an erasure keeps.
Stopping the connector is not cancelling
Withdrawing AdCopilot's access in your Google account, removing the connector from your AI client, or disconnecting a product stops AdCopilot using your accounts. None of them cancels a paid plan. To stop paying, cancel on the Billing page as well.
Changing plan
A move between paid plans takes effect when your current billing period ends, not part-way through it. There is no proration: nothing is charged or credited for the days left on the old plan, and the new plan's price applies from the next billing date. Where the Billing page asks you to write to us instead, email [email protected] and we set the change up for your next billing date.
The free trial
A new workspace's 7-day Pro trial takes no card, so nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel or refund. When it ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan on its own.
Refunds
- No refunds for a partly used period. Cancelling stops the next charge; the plan then runs to the end of the month or year already paid for, and that payment is not refunded, in whole or in part.
- Refunded in full, on request: a duplicate charge (the same period charged twice), an erroneous charge (an amount or a plan you did not choose), and any charge taken after your cancellation took effect.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] with the workspace name, the date and the amount of the charge. Never send a card number. A refund we agree goes back to the payment method it was taken from, through our payment provider; when it shows on your statement is up to your bank or card issuer.
