Your account, read and changed in place
Read, audit and change Google Ads from your AI client. It cannot delete, and nothing changes until you allow it.

What it can do
The families, counted
Every group of capabilities the connector exposes here, with how many are in it and what has to be connected first.
- Reading the account
- Which accounts you can reach, the fields a report can ask for, and the query that returns spend, clicks and conversions.3 tools, usable once Google Ads is connected
- Auditing the account
- A catalogue of 73 scored checks across tracking, wasted spend, structure, keywords, ads and settings — run as one audit, or one area at a time.11 tools, usable once Google Ads is connected
- Campaigns
- Building a search or Performance Max campaign, changing its settings, and switching it on or off.4 tools, usable once Google Ads is connected
- Ad groups
- Creating an ad group under a campaign and changing the one it already has.2 tools, usable once Google Ads is connected
- Ads
- Writing a responsive search ad, and pausing or resuming one that is already running.2 tools, usable once Google Ads is connected
- Keywords and negatives
- Adding keywords, adding negatives so the wrong search stops costing money — to one campaign, as a shared list, or across the whole account — and changing a bid or a match type.7 tools, usable once Google Ads is connected
- Google's automatic changes
- Which of Google's auto-applied recommendations are switched on, and pausing them; the kinds Google only lets you change in its own screens are named.2 tools, usable once Google Ads is connected
- Conversion tracking
- Creating the conversion that counts a sign-up or a sale, with the ID and label a Tag Manager tag needs to fire it.1 tool, usable once Google Ads is connected
- Assets and asset groups
- Sitelinks, callouts, prices, promotions, images, lead forms, video and text — created, grouped, attached where they belong, and paused where they should stop showing.19 tools, usable once Google Ads is connected
- Targeting and schedule
- Where the ads run, when they run, and how much more or less a phone is worth than a desktop.3 tools, usable once Google Ads is connected
- Deleting anythingNever registered
- The removal tools are implemented in our fork and never registered for a hosted connector, so they are not in the tool list your assistant receives. A change carrying the status REMOVED is refused on our server as well.4 Google Ads removal tools as of v2.16.0, withheld from every hosted connector
In practice
One turn, start to finish
A worked example rather than a recording of your account — the shape of it, not your numbers.

Illustrative session
It is off for workspaces marked "pro", it does not retro-fit onto long-standing workspaces that never used Start Here, and if the check cannot run the call is allowed and logged.
Access
What you actually grant
Stated in the words you would use, because you are being asked to make a decision here.
- What you are granting
- Management access to the Google Ads accounts your own Google login can already open — including the ones you reach through a manager account.
- What it can never widen
- It runs as you. If you cannot open an account or a property in Google's own interface, the connector cannot reach it either, and no setting on our side changes that.
- Where the grant lives
- In your own Google account, on its permissions page, where you can withdraw it at any moment without asking us first.
Connect it with the Google account that already opens the ads account. If it sits under a manager account, sign in with the login that reaches it there.
Questions
Three short answers
The three things people ask before they connect this one, answered without hedging.
No. The removal tools are implemented in our fork and never registered for a hosted connector, so they are not in the tool list your assistant receives. A change carrying the status REMOVED is refused on our server as well, and the refusal is written down.
No. On a new workspace it asks for your daily budget before it builds, and it leaves the campaign switched off. Turning it on is something you do yourself, in Google Ads.
Writes are real writes: an instruction you give is an instruction that runs. Nothing changes until you allow it in your AI client — approval is your client's own tool-permission prompt. If you tell your client to always allow a tool, it will run that tool without asking again — which is why the limits that hold either way are server-side: it cannot delete, it cannot publish a container, it will not switch on the campaign it built, and it asks for your budget before it builds.
