# AdCopilot changelog > Every AdCopilot release that customers can notice, newest first. Dates are the day a release reached production, in UTC. The same list as a page: https://adcopilot.cloud/changelog ## v2.44.2: A changelog, a Book a call page, and audit findings that say when Released 23 October 2026. AdCopilot now has a public changelog and a Book a call page, and several audit findings say more exactly what they found. - **A changelog.** Every release you can notice gets a short dated entry, on the site, in the docs and as plain text. - **Book a call.** With more than 9 people, more than 50 Google Ads accounts, or $50K or more a month in ad spend, book a call and we run an audit on one of your accounts with you. Everyone else starts free. The page books by a short form, or write to support@adcopilot.cloud. - **The budget finding says when.** The finding for your best-converting campaign names its 30-day window and the latest day Google reported. When that day lost little or nothing to budget, it says to check what else limits the campaign before moving budget to it. - **The Analytics key-event note asks only for what is left.** With Google Analytics connected, the audit reads which visit events Analytics still marks as key events and names only those, and says nothing when none is left. - **"Not connected" names your Google login.** A check that could not run because Tag Manager, Analytics or Search Console is not connected says it is not connected to your Google login, which is true for a teammate too. - **Shorter search-terms findings.** The same findings, in fewer words. - **A trial's last day.** On a trial's last afternoon a short note can say when it ends, what Free allows beside what your assistant used, and which plan fits, with a link that opens that plan's checkout. The links in the trial-ended mail open the checkout too. Try it: ask your assistant for a deep audit and read the budget finding. Every check is described in the [docs](https://adcopilot.cloud/docs/checks/). ## v2.44.1: Shopping product issues, Local Services leads, and every account audited the same day Released 23 October 2026. Your assistant can read two more parts of Google Ads, and Audit all no longer stops at a set number of accounts a day. - **Shopping product issues.** Your assistant can list the Merchant Center products that cannot show in Shopping and Performance Max ads, grouped by Google's reason, with Google's fix text and the clicks and cost they had in the last 30 days. The deep audit checks them too. - **Local Services leads.** For an account with Local Services ads, your assistant can read the leads in a period, by type, status and rating, and the business's verification. It can rate a lead for you: AdCopilot proposes the rating first, and a rating cannot be changed afterwards. The deep audit flags charged leads still unrated after 7 days and verification documents that were rejected or expire within 30 days. - **Every account audited the same day.** Audit all on the Audit page runs every account the same day, one at a time, and one account a day on Free. Only Google's own daily limit can pause it. - **A setup bar on every page.** Until your setup is done, a bar on each dashboard page shows the next step, and a step left is shown again when you sign in. - **Approving an AI app.** When nothing is connected yet, Approve is the main button again, with Connect Google Ads first beside it, and the page has "Not you? Switch account". - **The dashboard's tab icon, and a New tag.** The dashboard's browser tab shows the AdCopilot icon, and Prompts carries a New tag until you open it. - **An updated privacy policy.** It has a new paragraph on sharing a Google login with teammates in a workspace, and you accept it at your next sign-in. Read it on the [privacy page](https://adcopilot.cloud/privacy). Try it: ask your assistant "Which of my Shopping products cannot show?" The tools are in [Analysis](https://adcopilot.cloud/docs/tools/analysis/) and [Local Services](https://adcopilot.cloud/docs/tools/local-services/). ## v2.44.0: A prompt library, a Billing page that says what fits, and daily operations per person Released 22 October 2026. AdCopilot now has a prompt library, and on a paid plan every person in a workspace has their own daily operations. - **Prompts.** A new Prompts page in the dashboard lists 60 ready prompts in eight tasks, from Get set up to Find wasted spend, with search. One tap opens a prompt in Claude or Cursor. For ChatGPT, one tap copies the prompt and opens ChatGPT, where you paste it. - **Daily operations per person.** On a paid plan each person has their own count: 500 on Starter, 2,000 on Plus, 6,000 on Scale and no cap on Pro. Before, the whole workspace shared one count. A trial still counts for the workspace as a whole. - **A Billing page that says what fits.** It reads your usage and your people, then says whether your plan fits, which plan would if it does not, and why. - **A limit on people for each plan.** A plan holds up to 2 people on Starter, 4 on Plus, 9 on Scale and 100 on Pro, the owner included. To add a seat, write to support@adcopilot.cloud and we set it up with you. When a workspace lands on a plan with fewer places than it has people (a trial that ends, for example), the people beyond the plan are paused rather than removed. Each of them is told why, and they come back when the owner picks a plan with room. - **The Check-ins page shows what will happen.** It lists your daily check-in and Monday summary with their times, lets you change a time and save it, and has Pause and Resume for both. It no longer says "Sent today" before the email has gone. - **Searches you already blocked leave the waste lists.** A search term that a negative keyword already blocks no longer counts as waste. Every analysis result now says how fresh its data is, and naming specific checks in a request runs them in one audit. - **About and Contact pages.** They say who runs AdCopilot, Atromx Intelligence Private Limited, and how to reach us. - **Dashboard guides in the docs**, with screenshots: the tour, subscribing, inviting a teammate, choosing a workspace, stopping emails and deleting your account. Try it: open the Prompts page and pick any prompt. Details are in [Team and seats](https://adcopilot.cloud/docs/guides/team-and-seats/), [Billing and plans](https://adcopilot.cloud/docs/guides/billing-and-plans/) and the [dashboard tour](https://adcopilot.cloud/docs/getting-started/dashboard/). ## v2.43.4: The accounts that spend come on first, and unused workspaces get less mail Released 21 October 2026. When you connect Google Ads, AdCopilot now switches on the accounts that are spending, and it stops mailing workspaces that nobody uses. - **The accounts that spent come on first.** On a connect, and when you press Check again, AdCopilot reads each account's last 30 days and switches on the ones that spent, most active first, up to the places your plan has free (a trial holds up to 10). It never switches on a manager account, an account that is not enabled or a test account. If the account that is on is not spending and another one is, Home says so and offers "Switch to" that account. You can swap accounts on the Ad accounts page too. - **The assistant asks less and says results first.** It asks one yes-or-no question at a time, offers to schedule your check-in after the first fix you approve, gives a planning note at 50% and 75% of your daily operations, and at the limit it gives the results before the plan offer. - **Less mail for a workspace nobody used.** A workspace that never used AdCopilot stops getting its non-essential mail after five unread messages, and its setup reminders stop after three in total. Other mail starts again when you open or click one, sign in, connect, check out or make a call; setup reminders come back on a click, a sign-in, a connect, a checkout or a call. Setup mail to an owner with no payment on file now ends with "Not for you? Delete my account": one button that asks us to delete your account and switches the workspace off at once. - **No first-audit mail for an account AdCopilot cannot read.** Try it: connect Google Ads again, or press Check again on Ad accounts, and see which accounts come on. More in [Connect Google Ads](https://adcopilot.cloud/docs/getting-started/connect-google-ads/) and [Stop emails](https://adcopilot.cloud/docs/guides/stop-emails/). ## v2.43.3: An audit that says what it checks, a ready fix where a tool can make one, and a team activity view Released 21 October 2026. The audit now says plainly what it checks, findings carry their fix where a tool can make one, and a workspace owner can see what the team is doing. - **An honest count.** The audit lists 70 checks, each one named. A deep audit attempts each one and tells you which it could not evaluate. The score is graded over the checks that apply to your account: a Performance Max check does not count against an account with no Performance Max. Two naming checks are advice only and do not count toward the score. The six Quality Score rules now come as one finding. - **About this check.** Every check on the Audit page has an "About this check" note, and a new What we check tab shows this account's status for each one. The same checks are written up in the [docs](https://adcopilot.cloud/docs/checks/). - **Findings carry their fix.** Where a tool can make the fix, the finding carries it as a ready call (the exact negative keywords for wasted spend, a budget the audit held back, a pause for a disapproved ad after you appealed) or as a labelled draft. AdCopilot proposes each fix first; for a hard stop, set your AI client to ask before its write tools (Needs approval in Claude, Allowlist mode in Cursor). - **Terms and Privacy, one click.** You accept both when you sign up and again after each update, and AdCopilot records who accepted which version. - **Your team's activity, for the owner.** The Team page and Home show each person's assistant, calls and changes over the last 7 and 30 days. A weekly "Your team's week" email goes to the owner, and the owner gets a note about 3 and 10 days after a teammate joined who has still not connected an assistant, with a button to send them the connect steps. Members are told what the owner sees. - **A warning before an empty checkout.** If no Google product is connected, checkout says so first: a plan applies to this workspace only. Try it: ask your assistant for a deep audit, then open the What we check tab on the Audit page. The [checks](https://adcopilot.cloud/docs/checks/) are in the docs. ## v2.43.2: Paying brings your accounts back, and checkout links sign you back in Released 21 October 2026. Paying after a trial now brings back the accounts the trial's move to Free switched off. - **Your accounts come back when you pay.** A trial that ends without a card moves the workspace to Free and switches accounts off. Paying for a plan afterwards switches them back on, up to the plan's account limit, the most used first. - **A checkout link that signs you back in.** The upgrade link your assistant and our emails give a Free workspace is a signed checkout link that works for 48 hours. If your session has ended, signing in returns you to the page you were on. - **A trial's last days show your own numbers.** You see two plan choices built from your workspace's use, and Billing has a "keep which accounts" picker for the move to a smaller plan. - **A morning check that stopped is offered again.** If your scheduled check has not run for 5 days, AdCopilot offers to set it up again, on every plan. - **An account AdCopilot cannot read starts switched off.** That means a manager account, an account that is not enabled, or a sign-in that is not an Ads user. The owner is told why on Ad accounts, on Home and in the check-in. - **A reminder 45 minutes after you leave a checkout in dollars or euros**, instead of the next morning, plus one note in your chat. Try it: if a trial ended on Free, open Billing and pick a plan. See [Subscribe and pay](https://adcopilot.cloud/docs/guides/subscribe-and-pay/). ## v2.43.1: A card trial, weighted operations on Free, and one-tap prompts in our emails Released 20 October 2026. The trial changed for new workspaces, and Free now counts operations by their weight. - **The card trial.** A new workspace gets 5 days on Pro with no card to start. After 1,000 operations the trial needs a card. Until you add one the workspace runs on Free's limits: nothing locks and nothing is deleted. The plan you pick is charged when the trial ends. - **Free operations count by weight.** On Free, a full audit or an account health score counts 4 operations, an analysis such as wasted spend or budget pacing counts 2, as does listing your audiences, and most other calls count 1. A call that fails counts nothing, and every counted result says how many operations it used. - **A command menu.** Press Cmd K (Ctrl K on Windows) in the dashboard to jump anywhere. Each person can switch it off in the account menu. - **One-tap prompts in our emails.** The tips and the daily check-in carry a button for your AI client. Claude and Cursor open with the request typed. ChatGPT opens, and the request is printed in the mail, ready to paste. Every link to an AI client's page in a mail now goes through our own domain. - **Free check-ins show the plan that fits.** A Free check-in names the plan that covers your own numbers, with its price. - **Trials end on time.** A trial now moves off within the hour after it ends, and its ended-trial email follows. - **Setup reminders are daily.** The reminders to connect Google Ads, connect your AI and ask your first question come daily for up to 30 days, spaced out if you have not opened or clicked any of the last 10. Try it: ask your assistant for a full audit on Free and read the line that says how many operations it used. The rules are in [Billing and plans](https://adcopilot.cloud/docs/guides/billing-and-plans/). ## v2.43.0: A new dashboard for everyone Released 20 October 2026. The dashboard has a new look, and its new Home is on for every workspace, owners and members alike. - **A Home that shows where you stand.** Your setup is four steps (connect, a first audit, a first change, a check-in in your AI), with the next one open below them, then today's operations and what is connected. - **New pages.** Usage and tool calls, Billing, Check-ins, Business profile, Connect your AI, and Google products and Team. The old Connections page is gone. - **"Operations" is the word.** What a plan counts is called operations on the site, in the docs and in the dashboard. - **Clearer audits.** Disapproved ads are one finding per campaign, with a "New disapprovals since your last check-in" line. Four checks stopped raising false findings. - **Scheduled runs stop less.** Setting up a schedule now marks AdCopilot's notes and context tools Always allow, so a run no longer stops at its first prompt. - **A check-in never stays on an account Google says is not enabled.** The letter says so in one line, and you can choose another account on the Check-ins page. - **Easier to connect.** The approval page leads with Connect Google Ads, Cursor and the Claude desktop app can connect, and the first step now tells you to open your assistant and type "Get me started with AdCopilot". - **Prices name the tax.** Every offer and price you read before paying says "plus tax" or "plus VAT where it applies". - **How Google data is analysed.** The privacy policy now says that our staff use Anthropic's AI on anonymous statistics from Google data and on bugs or problems you raise. The dashboard shows the notice once. Read it on the [privacy page](https://adcopilot.cloud/privacy). Try it: open the dashboard and follow the step Home shows. The [dashboard tour](https://adcopilot.cloud/docs/getting-started/dashboard/) walks through every page.
